  This school is competitive with the best in academics, they focus heavily on character building, and the teach the word of God unashamedly. I have two kids at MICS and can't image them being anywhere else. They get superb academic instruction with customized learning experiences that are truly second to none. Great STEAM program - math, science, technology, robotics, aviation, and phenomenal performing arts. On top of all this, my kids are exposed to a scriptural worldview while being taught to think critically, behave respectfully, love everyone, and build a personal relationship with Christ. The staff and faculty cherish our kids, go above and beyond to both educate them and provide them with real life skills, and personally exhibit the love of Christ in their own conduct. I absolutely love MICS!! You will too!

  Do not support Merritt Island Christian School! Their basketball team is dirty, their fans run on to the court pushing our players, and their coaches let their players jump my players and injure our girls after the game. Their players were dirty the whole game...when they lost, one of their girls sucker punched our smallest player. Then their other players joined in and charged our bench. Their whole team ran over to our bench throwing punches. Our girls are small shy players...yet their coaches did nothing to break up the fight. Students in the stands even came over and charged our bench! This Christian School clearly has no morals. Dirtiest team we have ever played. MICS players and fans had no problem attacking someone in a wheelchair. So glad we won but our girls are definitely pressing charges. Their coaches never came over to pull their players, who were bigger, off our girls. Not once did their coaches try to stop their players! Our team actually needed security to leave the building because their fans and players were threatening and so physical, it was a scary situation.
